"Paris in the Rain"

I used mostly Burnt Sienna and Pthalo blue. If you don’t know about colors, then you don’t understand the power of this blue. Somehow, I really always have a strong tone of this blue in my paintings.
I love the wispy clouds. I mean, it really feels like a rainy day.
